ELKHART — About 100 eighth graders from Concord Junior High School made their way to MorRyde on Sterling Avenue in Elkhart for Horizon Education Alliance-sponsored Manufacturing Days.

🏭 Inspiring the Next Generation of Manufacturing! 🛠️

MORryde was proud to once again partner with Horizon Education Alliance (HEA) for Manufacturing Day!

We had the pleasure of welcoming 8th-grade students from Concord Jr. High to explore the exciting career opportunities available right here in Elkhart County!

Throughout their visit, students rotated through five interactive stations, getting a firsthand look at manufacturing at MORryde and learning about the many different roles that keep our operations running.

One of the highlights was our Career Cluster Station, where MORryde team members shared their personal career journeys, experiences, and current responsibilities.

💡 The biggest takeaway? There is no single path to success! Whether through hands-on experience, skilled trades, or a college education, there are countless opportunities to build a rewarding career in manufacturing.

A huge THANK YOU to our MORryde team members who volunteered their time and helped make this event a success! 👏

🎬🍿What a special night for the MORryde family! Our Movie Night was an unforgettable celebration of MORryde’s 60th anniversary and the incredible people who made this milestone possible. To the amazing MORryde team: thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your hard work, dedication, and team spirit have shaped six remarkable decades, and we are so grateful we could celebrate together.

We also extend a heartfelt thank-you to the wonderful team at the South Bend Cubs for hosting this awesome event at their beautiful stadium and field. Their warm hospitality and incredible venue gave us the perfect place to gather, connect, and make lasting memories.

There was something fun for everyone, including bounce houses, splash pads, and the unforgettable experience of sitting right on the field to enjoy Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and Super Mario Galaxy. Spreading out picnic blankets on the field made the evening feel comfortable, cozy, and extra special. We loved every moment of celebrating with our team and will treasure the memories we created together. Here’s to 60 amazing years of MORryde, and many more celebrations to come!
