A roof inspection shouldn't be a quick walk-around and a guess.

Our on-site inspections can take up to 4–6 hours, because we're looking beyond what can be seen at first glance. We examine building records, inspect the rooftop, document conditions with images, take core samples, and inspect gutters, drainage, and the building envelope.

And the work doesn't stop when we leave your property.

We typically invest another 2-4 hours developing a detailed report of your roof's condition, including estimated repair costs when necessary.

Because the purpose of an inspection isn't to sell you a roof. It's to give you the information you need to make the right decision for your building.
