Medallion Plastics, a division of Patrick Industries is hiring a Quality Team Lead to add to their team! This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the Quality Techs, resolve, and continuously improve the level of quality for our customers.
Medallion Plastics designs, engineers, and manufactures customer thermoformed products and components, which include dash and trim panels and fender skirts for the RV market, and complete interior packages, bumper covers, hoods, and trims for the automotive, specialty transportation and other industrial markets.

Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of the Quality Technician Team and all quality department-related activities
• Train and develop the Quality Techs and Production Leaders on quality processes and procedures
• Work closely with product development and sales on new parts in process and prints on file
• Documentation of all quality paperwork
• Responsible for customer audits, warranty claims and agreements, vendor returns, and Return Goods Authorizations
• Communicate with customers and company management on complaints and project activity, including customer site visits and follow-up
• PPAP and defective items processing
• Track CARS/SCARS and running changes on parts in process

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience working in a quality lead role within a manufacturing environment
• High energy, data driven, and results oriented
• Ability and desire to train and coach others to improve performance
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly adapt communications in a variety of settings to meet the unique needs of multiple audiences
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office. Dynamics AX is a plus
• A high level of personal integrity (self-esteem, confidence, honesty, and respect) are necessary qualities
• The ability to speak, read and write English and Spanish is highly desired
