Here's an update on the interior finishes at the Midwest Finishing Systems new building on McKinley in Mishawaka.

The Second Floor metal stud framing and rough-ins are complete, and the First Floor Sheetrock is also complete.

The Crane Beam that has been installed is 99 feet long.

Premier 1 Construction, partnering with West 78 Development, recently completed a major site development located on the corner of S.R. 19 and CR #26 in Elkhart County. The work consisted of widening CR #26 and the new entrance access along with the relocation of a Tributary that feeds into Baugo Creek.

Working with the county and engineers in the relocation of the tributary was also a successful collaboration and end result toward the protection of our community's wetlands.
