Full Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Handyperson to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of company premises. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a Handyperson’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. Reliability, a keen eye for detail, and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Responsible for the overall maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds; ensuring that the facility is clean, properly functional, in good repair, and safe; Performing basic grounds work.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years of handyman/general contracting experience

Skills:

Proven experience as Handyperson and references

Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems

Punctual and reliable attendance

A current, valid clean Driver’s license is required, and must be maintained throughout the course of employment

Basic math skills

Good communication ability

Well-organized and apt in problem-solving

Attention to detail

Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, in all weather conditions

Ability to predominantly work on their feet during working hours, and throughout the course of the day

Ability to lift & carry fifty (50) pounds; able to bend, reach, push, pull, load, unload, climb, etc., including the ability to work safely from a six (6) foot ladder or OSHA approved work platform

Primary Job Duties:

Responsible for basic building repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and HVAC and to other building related systems

Responsible for opening/closing program buildings, and operating basic building systems (security locksets, alarms, lighting, HVAC, fire safety, utilities etc.)

Cleaning, lubricating, and repairs; maintaining, organizing and proper storage all required tools and equipment; Responsible for proper use of hand and power tools, ladders / lifts, personal safety gear, etc.

Responsible for documenting/reporting all facilities, building, unit, or property related issues to supervisor, including all safety/operational issues; Observing/reporting all external work performed by vendors, and third parties; and facilitating access to work areas

Moving/transporting office furniture, equipment and supplies in /around building(s) and grounds while executing their duties

Appropriate use of agency vehicles while performing related job duties and as directed by management

Provide coverage to alternate agency units/buildings as required

Other duties as assigned

MaxPax, LLC is seeking energetic and motivated Warehouse workers at its Elkhorn facility during first shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Loaders will be completing skid forms while wrapping finished good pallets.
Loaders will have use of dock doors.
Loaders will verify the correct driver is present for the correct load to get loaded on trailer.
Loaders are responsible for cutting and verifying Seal #.
Loaders will load & un-load trailers.
All loaders will be forklift certified officially by USP warehouse manager.
Loaders are responsible for reading and confirming inventory tags are correct to finished good pallets.
Inventory control
Loaders may have use of pallet wrapper and of compactor.
Monday-Friday 6am-4pm

MaxPax, LLC is seeking energetic and motivated production workers at its Walworth facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on assembly line assembling the materials to produce products from raw materials. Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes. Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Place finished goods on the designated pallet. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production. Factory work involves standing, walking, and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
