Hey guys, here's another project we just finished last week. This job was approximately 800 sqr ft of walls, 600ish sqr ft of ceilings, 3 doors, and all trim, baseboard, crown, etc... we used white semi gloss for all the trim work. Clean linen color in a satin sheen for the living and dining area, and drift of mist color in a satin sheen for both the bedrooms. The bedrooms were originally pink and green. Living and dining rooms were a dark brownish black. Then we used flat white ceiling paint for all the ceilings. We cleaned all the surfaces, caulked and prepped the walls, did some light spackle work on old nail holes, spot primed areas that needed it, and started painting. This project took 5 days total and everything turned out great! Super happy with how it turned out and again, we're on to the next one! Got some projects coming up so stay tuned for more coming soon. Hey, guys. Heres another recent project we just finished. About 1,300 sqr ft of popcorn ceilings that we removed. Once removed, we had tons of sanding, a little patch work, then we skim coated with drywall mud. After that, we had tons more sanding, and once that was done, it was ready for primer and paint. Everything came out pretty good. We had some spackle work and touchups in the back room once paint was done, but after that, it turned out great. Alright, guys. Heres a recent one we just knocked out. Roughly 1,300 sqr ft 100 year old home. We love working on older houses like this, and restoring them back to how they should look. So, we painted the full bottom story. First we had ALOT of prep to do. We masked off all the floors, caulked big cracks, sanded some areas and cleaned all walls with TSP. After that, we were ready to prime and paint. We started on all the ceilings. Out of 6 rooms we painted 4 of the rooms ceilings. Some had some moisture damage and some bad tape lines that we spackled flush and sealed with super primer. Once ceilings were done, we proceeded with our wall colors. So the yellow, is called hawthorne yellow. Its a historic society color. That was used in the living room, dining room, bed room, and laundry room. We used gravity gray for the bathroom, and a super bright blue/teal for the kitchen.(dont remember name). After we got all the walls painted we moved on to the trim work. We did ALL the crown molding, all the baseboards, all the window and door trim, and 3 doors in a semi-gloss white. As well as, all the kitchen cabinets in semi-gloss white. Hey guys, back again with some projects on our recap of 2023. So he we have a few projects of mostly trim and crown molding. We uses some shiplap and trimmed out a french door as well as some windows. We also painted, some rooms and installed about 100 ft of crown. Then we had a bathroom with stain grade crown molding on a t&g ceiling. ( we didnt do the bath ceiling.. wish we would have as it would've looked better) big t&g vault ceiling. Super nice. Another project was about 660 linear ft of white crown molding in a house in charlotte. Came out great and was a beautiful house. Lastly we have a house that we fully remodeled. Only pics in this post are the hardwood floors that we restored and the front door that we painted a bright firehouse red. More projects coming soon. Back again with more pictures on our recap of 2023! We have a few different projects here so ill try to name them all. First we have a house we fully prepped and painted. I really enjoyed doing this house and liked how clean it looked being that simple pure white with black facia and soffits. We almost did the trim black but client decided white. After that we had a house that we did mumtiple projects for. Installed remote control ceiling fans, pressure washed deck, repaired drywall and paint. We replaced part of the other deck and ramp and built a handrail to match the other side. Also put toppers on the posts to look nicer. We sealed and painted the basement and pressure washed the whole exterior as well. Some quarter round trim work on one. We had another gutter cleanout and gutter guard as well. Also had a house with new drywall. We installed 9 can lights, and 2 light fixtures. Made some custom support beams and some other work too. Just trying to unload for the page to recap a great year. Hey guys, more picture from 2023. These were a few projects we did recently. So, we prepped and painted all the facia, soffits, eves, windows, doors, trim, gutters, and downspouts on the brick house. Soffits, facia, and eves were a slate blue. Gutters, spouts, windows, and doors all black. We didnt do the siding as the vinyl siding was being replaced to match paint color. Turned out so good. We have a small 6in gutter project on building with one 3×4 spout. And to top it off we have another beautiful cabin with a very unique color choice. The client wanted the trim to be dill green with the actual window being white. I was happy with the final outcome as it was a fun color to work with and weirdly worked. This is a house we've done alot of work on. Built in 1900, its rich in history being 123 years old. As of tonight 124! First, this house has been posted before. Im uploading pictures to the page to recap 2023. As of now, we have repaired some siding on this house in a small area. We installed 330 linear ft of all new 6 in gutter and gutter guard. We also repaired, prepped, primed, and painted the front porch ceiling, columns, soffits, facia and eve. All around the wrap around porch, windows, trim, and doors within that porch area. Planning on doing all the remaining trim and windows next spring. Also rebuilt some brick supports under the front entry deck columns where they got busted in the past. No pictures of that part yet. Hey guys, just a couple jobs we've done over the past few months. Plaster and paint work on the big wall at a local resturaunt. Stain and clearcoat work on a beautiful cabin.
