NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., via virtual platform, concerning Elk Development, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission (the “Commission”).
The hearing will include a presentation by the Applicant.

Written comments on the proposed Project may be submitted electronically through the Commission’s website at https://hubs.li/Q037Djgq0, or by first-class mail with the Commission’s Chief Clerk, Jamie Bergin, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21202, and must reference Case No. 9763. Comments may be submitted no later than March 14, 2025. Pursuant to the Commission's March 13, 2020 Notice of Waiver and Relaxed Filing Requirements, no paper copies need be submitted if the filing is public in nature and no more than 25 pages in length. The Commission encourages parties to use the Commission’s “e-file” system for filing.
