🔥 Custom Reservoir Lattice Project & Water Line Installation Complete 🔥

Completed this 60x14 mobile home lattice skirting project last night 🙌

Man… I’m truly thankful for the opportunities God continues to bless me and my family with. Being a one man operation means hard work, long drives, long hours, problem solving, and pushing through whatever comes your way — including 3–4 days of rain during this project. Over 1,300 miles were driven and 98+ man hours were invested to build this project the right way from start to finish. Through hard work, determination, and God’s grace, we got it done with quality and pride. 👌

This project included:
• 400+ ft custom 2x4 structural frame support system
• Custom top & bottom framing installation
• Custom ground stake support system
• Vertical support studs every 8’
• 148’ of lattice installation
• 400’ of trim/support material installed
• Custom access gate with hinge, latch & handle install
• Installed brand new 75’+ Sch 40 3/4 water supply line
• Digging, trenching, hanging & insulating water line
• Successfully restored water service to the home
• Fully leveled and secured turnkey finish

One of the best parts of this project was having my family with me during the week. While I was working hard, my boys were catching fish beside the reservoir and we even spotted gators nearby 🐊🎣 Those are the moments that make all the hard work worth it.

Hard work. Honest craftsmanship. Built the right way from the ground up. Truly blessed beyond measure.

Kicking off another project out at the Reservoir in Canton MS, we’re not alone out here 🐊

Surrounded by a few alligators, heat rolling off the water, and a job that’s ready to be brought to life — this is what it’s all about. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just showing up and getting it done the right way.

Project Breakdown:
• Materials ordered and delivered Friday
• On site today inspecting and verifying everything
• Installing lattice around a 14’ x 60’ camp for the McHenry family.
• Running a 3/4” Schedule 40 water supply line
• Preparing for a full week of steady progress

This is just the beginning of something solid. I’ll be posting updates as we move through it — start to finish.

This week is about:
• Hard work
• Southern grit
• Precision and pride in every detail
• High quality standards met — every time

Another Successful Home Improvement Project:🔥 TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE ✅

Just now posting — but even with all the rain this past week, I still showed up, put in the work, and made it happen 💪🌧️

This one right here… turned out CLEAN 👌

From tear-out to final detail — everything was done the RIGHT way, not the easy way.

What got done:
• Removed old solid door
• Installed new 32x80 15-lite steel door
• Full flashing & weather sealing (inside + outside)
• Repaired door opening — mudded, sanded, finished smooth
• Entire hallway repainted — fresh, bright, clean
• Trim work dialed in and painted sharp
• Door sealed tight — no air leaks, no shortcuts
• Installed roof dryer jack vent + proper ductwork to complete dryer vent through roof “all lent was blowing into customers attic space” problem solved
• Built for proper water shed & long-term durability
• Full cleanup — left better than I found it

💯 End Result:
• High-quality standards met — built the right way
• Customer 100% satisfied
• Clean, tight finish that will last
• Earned trust, repeat business & referrals
