We’re excited to spotlight Craig Zola, our Vice President of Marketing and Distribution Sales at Herculite

Craig joined Herculite in 2006 after 20 years in Textile Distribution Sales, bringing strong industry relationships and a passion for helping customers and distributor partners succeed. Today, he leads our sales and marketing teams, drives strategies that elevate Herculite’s brands across the Awning, Shade, and Marine markets, and champions new growth opportunities through product innovation.

Building on his decades of industry leadership, Craig recently took on an exciting new responsibility, becoming the new Chairman of the Advanced Textiles Association (ATA). His appointment reflects a natural next step in a career defined by dedication to the textile industry and years of association service.

Craig shares:

We’re thrilled to welcome Lyle Shipley as Herculite’s new Director of Innovation!
With over 25 years of experience in the plastics industry, Lyle brings deep expertise in film formulation, product management, technical services, and new product development. Most recently, he served as Senior Product Manager at Continental AG, leading major innovations and customer launches across healthcare, flooring, automotive, and specialty markets.

Lyle holds a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from Shepherd University, has completed advanced leadership and business systems training, and was honored with the Continental Excellence Award (2022).

In his new role, Lyle will drive Herculite’s innovation strategy, support cross‑functional growth, and help bring new products and solutions from concept to reality.
