🌟 Meet Dawn Grimm! 🌟
Over the past two years, Dawn has become a valuable member of the Herculite team, consistently demonstrating dedication, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
Dawn's journey with Herculite began as a temp, but her determination and drive quickly opened new opportunities. She progressed through roles as a Forklift Operator, Material Handler, and Inventory Control Coordinator before stepping into her current position as Shipping Coordinator. Each step in her career reflects her hard work and willingness to take on new challenges.
Today, Dawn plays a vital role in keeping our Shipping Department running smoothly. She coordinates shipments, audits orders, manages critical paperwork, and ensures everything is accurate before it leaves our facility. What she enjoys most about her role is the variety it offers; no two days are the same, and she thrives on solving new challenges every day.
One of the things Dawn values most about Herculite is the company culture and the growth opportunities. She believes that hard work is recognized here and that associates are appreciated not only for what they do, but for who they are.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether she's riding motorcycles, attending cookouts, or making memories with her children and grandbabies, family remains at the center of everything she does.
