I'd like to take a moment to discuss a pressing issue:
The business practices of larger companies in our industry.
It appears that warranty disputes and lengthy delays for parts are commonplace. You spend a lot of money for new units, when you need help, they put you last. The reason is, they can't make a profit on something you're not buying again because it's under warranty. It's all about their initial profit and many will allow their customers to be left for weeks without parts.
They are busy on installs and will get to you when they can... last year, we had a Customer wait a month from a local competitor, they straight up LIED to him telling him they can't get the part in.. we got in in the next day. UNREAL!
This is happening over and over and over. We hear it a lot.
This can be attributed to these companies' focus on maximizing profits at the expense of customer satisfaction. They get more money by making sales, but it doesn't matter to them if you're happy... they don't have their name and stake on the company they work for.
Conversely, the owners of these corporations are removed from customers, solely focused on the bottom line.
This detachment is where we see an opportunity to make a difference.
