Bayer Heating and Cooling

11/01/2026

Rest assured that we have you covered... but we would ask all our sweet customers to please pray for our family. Our 11th blessing, Lucille "Lucy" Bayer was born five weeks early this Friday, to save her and her mother's life.
Please pray for Lucy to breathe great and overcome the NICU soon so she can return to her whole family.
Landen is running things and Steve will come back for the larger jobs this week. Keep the calls coming!
All prayers appreciated!
Thanks for being a part of our family!

Hey everyone!
Just a reminder... this is the last 3 days to get the $26 off a service call or check and clean.

We thank everyone for their support and love!

We have a Team raffle today!

I'll be posting a picture but it's for a Christmas basket loaded with lots of goodies and a certificate for a check and clean for fall or spring, or a service call!

We're giving all proceeds to our Sons Baseball team (Jr. Vols 8U) for this upcoming year to help pay for their travel ball fees.

So stay tuned! I'll post a picture of all the goods tonight and my Venmo if anyone wants to buy a ticket! It's for a great cause!

Hey Bayer Extended fam!
Yes, YOU ... you all have given us five incredible years of being blessed and being able to help you all!

So, Steve has told me to extend the $25 off for another week! ACTUALLY $26 off! 🥳🥳🥳

This means fall/winter check and cleans are $99 ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
A service call is $99 (10-23-26 to 10-30-2026)

Yes! 🙌

So spread the word! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Go to the best HVAC company in Southern Illinois that doesn't hassle, no gimmicks, no upsales (unless YOU want it) and truly is one of the FEW who is honest with yall! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

He gives the BEST install deals with 10 year warranties made by TRANE!!! High quality units and were usually at least 50% less than everyone else! Yep! 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

We appreciate you all! Happy happy 5 years!

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Guess what???? 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

To celebrate 5 years... Steve said "KNOCK off the service call fee down $100 along with a check and clean! "

Never mind the gas prices, nevermind inflation.. the man is so proud of you all and us for keeping this afloat for five years!

So our check and cleans are $100 and a service call is the same! No diagnostic fees, no gimmicks.... $100 to come out and figure it out...

(Of course parts and Freon etc are separate.. but we figured we might as well extend the goodness to you all! )

So if you book a call... you get $25 off our regular service call or check and clean cost!

This deal starts today 10-16-2026! Ends in a week!

We love our customers! ❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙

This is Tiffany... wife to the owner, Steve and mother to Landen (plus ten other siblings) who goes on many calls.

Today is 5 years of having Bayer Heating and Cooling Open for business!!!! ❤️💙❤️💙❤️

It's something we NEVER planned to do.. but God is better and wiser than us. 🥰

So how did we start??? My own dad, Mike Holland.. who successfully ran Holland Heating and Cooling for a LONG TIME taught my husband all about HVAC years ago! He worked for his business for years, we saw all the ins and outs of running a very small business. (It's not easy)

Fast Forward to 2021 and we took the leap of faith and decided to give it a shot. My dad had to give it up bc of his health and caring for his (late) wife. He ran his business by integrity and so many just still love him!

If you want my opinion: the most shocking thing we have seen over and over is how other companies lie, scheme and mislead so many just to make a buck. We don't live that way and we never will be like that. Steve has even "shot himself in the foot" by giving deals or helping others because we feel these local people and even landlords and others are just like us. We're all working HARD to support our families and one day we will face our maker and we can't live with hiking prices up so high just to greedily get ahead.

The other thing we have witnessed is the fact that word of mouth is very powerful. You can have all the ads up you can.. but when you treat others right.. and do a good job, they will run their mouths! So far, that is how we have stayed here is by all YOUR kind words. (Thank you)

The biggest things you can do is go to google and here on Facebook and leave us good reviews! That helps us to be seen by others and keep being able to provide our services to Southern Illinois. LITERALLY helps so much!

Yes, we do commercial! Yes, we do residential and yes.. our prices are on great quality equipment and most with a ten year warranty already included! No extra up charges and gimmicks! He tends to love Oxbox (made by Trane) and American Standard.. but we also do many others if a customer really prefers a certain brand... but American standard and Trane (Oxbox) really lasts forever.. not really but a super extra long time. 😉

We are now 3 Generations of HVAC all learning by truly being on the job, meeting real residents, hearing your stories and instead of just being a customer, YOU are a part of our ever growing family!

Please share about us to everyone you can and also take advantage of our $25 off check and clean deal! We're also going to be offering other deals for this fall and winter to celebrate! (Stay tuned)

All estimates are free too!

Don't believe gimmicks, join the family!
