𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳. 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯.

Before you really need the heat, give it a short test run while the weather is still forgiving.

Check the filter. Make sure the vents and furnace area are clear. Set the thermostat to heat and listen while the system gets back to work.

If it sounds different, will not start, or something just does not seem right, now is a much better time to find out than the first 35-degree night.

The filter. The outdoor unit. Any new rattles and noises. Any water where it does not belong. Any room that never quite kept up.

This month, we are proud to celebrate 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗶𝗽 - 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 - 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 - 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻 - 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀.

Anthony brings 11 years of HVAC experience and a work ethic shaped by his time in the U.S. Army. Off the clock, he enjoys hunting and riding his motorcycle.

Ricky started with Pass as a Service and Maintenance Technician and grew into our Sales Manager. He enjoys traveling, time with his family and daughter, and his 2015 Chevy Camaro.

Chad is an Army veteran who enjoys kayaking, fishing, golf, and time with his much-loved Weimaraner.

Maria is part of our Customer Service Representative team and is also Dr. Maria, with a doctorate in anthropology from SIU. She enjoys reading, caring for her family, and bowling with her husband.

Different backgrounds. Different gifts. Same willingness to show up and care for people.

That is what makes the years matter.

𝗢𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗜 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝗽-𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Well…not exactly top secret.

A group of Nashville songwriters sat down with me, listened to my stories from Vietnam, and turned them into something my family and I will cherish forever: “Blackhorse Troopers.”

It tells the story of the 11th Armored Cavalry, the brothers we lost, and the bond that never really went away.
I’m mighty proud to share it with you.

We are proud to celebrate 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻’𝘀 𝟭𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 and 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 with us.

Jeff is one of our Service and Maintenance Technicians, and for 13 years, he has taken real pride in doing dependable, quality work for the homeowners we serve. He is a steady part of this team, a Herrin neighbor, and a proud father of two. Jeff, thank you for the care you bring to every call and the trust you have helped us earn through the years.

Collin is our Indoor Air Quality Specialist, helping homeowners breathe easier through ductwork installation, duct cleaning, sanitizing, and Aeroseal duct sealing. His experience and attention to detail show up in every project—and with 12 grandchildren, we imagine he has learned a thing or two about patience along the way. Collin, thank you for five years of careful work and for always looking beyond the equipment to the comfort of the people living in the home.
