COME JOIN OUR TEAM - We are looking for motivated team players to join our team of professional carpenters. Enjoy working outside on a wide variety of projects, ranging from dock building, boat lift installation, floating docks, jet ski ports and repair work.
Qualities should include:
- Prior carpentry/construction experience
- Power tool use
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Must be able to lift 100lbs+ dead weight (ie. pilings, equip, materials)
- Pride in your work and team
- Work in the outside elements in/around water. Able to swim
- Safety and best practices
- Dependable, prompt and safety minded with a positive attitude
Enjoy working for a successful, long-standing local and family-owned business with a great reputation. Competitive weekly pay. After 90 day period, vacation and sick PTO with paid major holidays. Uniform shirts, water shoes and tools provided. 40+ hours week with Saturdays, as needed.

Drill baby drill!! Custom rock drilling barge available for contractors or homeowners. This project would’ve NEVER happened without the ability to drill through hard rock in South Gulf Cove. Happy homeowners can’t wait to buy their boat and get to enjoying their new home 😎.

Using those math and geometry skills, sometimes we have to work with a given set of points. Turned out to be a much safer and functional update to this rental property. The EZ Dock Team puts thought and precision into each build resulting in a beautiful finished product.
