ith a commitment to providing quality and world-class service throughout the entire production process, TSI has grown into one of the top plastic injection molding manufacturers in the United States. Our manufacturing area consists of 108,000 square feet. We presently have 28 plastic injection molding machines with all the necessary support equipment to mold our customer's parts to the highest standards. Utilizing quality operating systems developed through ISO 9001:2008 and TS 16949:2009 certifications. Our customer list includes many Fortune 500 companies and other smaller companies. The fact that they have remained customers and have awarded us additional business is a testimonial to their confidence in our company. We have experience molding the latest state-of-the-art engineered materials. Conforming to these important qualities enables us to assist our customers by making recommendations on suitable materials that provide dimensional stability and compliance to reliability standards.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful moms, grandma’s, aunts, sisters and anyone else who has stepped into the role of “mom”.

It’s the most important job in the world and sometimes the world takes advantage of you. Your ever loving heart, your constant presence, how you seem to always know where everything is, how you can always have dinner on the table, get everyone together and off to school or practice or wherever your going. Just know the other moms, We SEE you. We know how hard you’re working for your family, while also trying to care for yourself and maybe also working another job. Due to extreme cold temperatures, Tom Smith Industries will continue with a delayed start schedule today, Tuesday, January 27.

🕖 7:00 AM – Maintenance staff
🕗 8:00 AM – Shipping & Receiving
🕘 9:00 AM – First shift support staff
(supervisors, processors, job setters, material handlers)
🕙 10:00 AM – All other first shift team members
(operations, quality inspectors) and office/administration staff
🕝 All other staff should report at their normal shift start times, this includes second and third shift crew.

Please allow extra travel time and prioritize safety. If conditions in your area prevent safe travel, notify your supervisor as soon as possible.

Thank you for your flexibility as we resume operations safely. 💙
