In response to Sterling Ranch's extensive growth, Douglas County Libraries, Fransen Pittman, and OPN Architects broke ground on a new library branch for the community!

Sterling Ranch, LLC generously donated the land to Douglas County Library District for the 18,000 SF new facility, which will house library collections, interactive children’s spaces, an event hall, quiet spaces, conference rooms, and study rooms. The outdoor space will feature a plaza, terrace, and children's garden.

We are incredibly honored to partner again with Douglas County Libraries on another library branch!

If you haven't visited Glenn A. Jones Memorial Library's recently opened Milliken Public Library branch, consider this your sign! This incredible community space was designed to inspire learning, connection, and creativity for visitors of all ages.

Located in the north end of the historic Milliken Intermediate School building, the new library was created through a partnership with Weld RE-5J School District and offers something for everyone, including a dedicated business center, conference room, study rooms, Makerspace, Baker's Space, game room, and a wide variety of programs and classes.

🏗️ Topped out in Erie!

We’re excited to celebrate a major milestone on the Town of Erie Police Department Expansion and Remodel project. The project includes an approximately 32,000-square-foot addition and 18,000-square-foot renovation of the existing police facility at 1000 Telleen Avenue.

This expansion will help the Erie Police Department accommodate continued staff growth and continue serving a rapidly growing community.

A big thank you to our project team, trade partners, the Town of Erie, Colorado - Government , and D2C Architects for the collaboration and hard work that made this milestone possible. We’re proud to see this project taking shape and look forward to what’s ahead!

What a great weekend at the MS 150! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ From the 25-mile route to the full 106-mile challenge, our team pedaled through the miles, cheered each other on, and had a lot of fun along the way. Even better, together we raised nearly $20,000 to support the National MS Society and its mission to create a world free of MS!

We're incredibly proud of our riders, supporters, and donors who made this achievement possible. Thank you for showing what can happen when a team comes together to make a difference! See you next year!

Each year, Fransen Pittman welcomes interns from across the country to gain hands-on experience, develop industry skills, and contribute to our project teams. For 2026, we are honored to host our largest group yet!

This summer, 20 interns from across Texas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, and Colorado are gaining real-world, hands-on experience on FP’s active construction projects. We are proud of the energy and fresh perspectives they bring to our teams, and we look forward to supporting their continued growth in the construction industry.

Today, we celebrate the life of Troy Anderson, a valued member of our team for 16 years.

Throughout his time with the company, Troy exemplified dedication, reliability, and professionalism. He took great pride in his work and consistently went above and beyond, earning respect and appreciation across the organization. His positive attitude and willingness to support others made him an integral part of our team and culture.

Troy’s craftsmanship and commitment can be seen in the many projects he contributed to over the years, including the Colorado State Capitol Historic Roof Restoration, work that reflects the pride and care he brought to his craft every day.

Troy was also part of a legacy within our company, working alongside his father, Steve, who many of you also know from his time here. Together, they represent the kind of dedication and connection that defines our workplace.

Our thoughts are with his wife, Rachel, his daughter, Amelia, and the entire Anderson family during this difficult time. He will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
