On June 1, Saunders, in partnership with the City of Fort Collins - Government and Fort Collins Police Services, celebrated the completion of the FCPS Timberline Road Facility renovation project with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The renovation transformed previously unused detention space into a shared operational workspace for the Mental Health Response team (MHRT) and the Homeless Outreach and Proactive Engagement (HOPE) team. Congratulations to all team members for a successful project completion!

We are excited to announce the promotion of Justin Cooper to president and CEO, and Ryan Balakas to senior vice president of Saunders Construction. Greg Schmidt will remain as chairman of the board to ensure a smooth leadership transition after serving for over a decade as CEO.

Earlier this month, we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Cherry Creek Schools’ new Pathways at Overland High School building. This renovation of the school's IST building creates a stand-alone college and career readiness facility offering real-world curriculum and industry certifications, from criminal justice to health sciences, helping students build pathways to college and successful careers.
