With the previous warm days we've had and summer quickly approaching, it would be a good idea to test your AC to make sure it's working properly. Don't wait till it's 80-90 degrees outside to find out you have an issue.

🔸Check your batteries if your thermostat requires them.
🔸Replace your unit filter or if you have a ductless mini split, remove your washable filter and clean it.
🔸Turn on your AC to see if it is working.
🔸Make sure your system is set to cooling and not heating.

If you would like, we could come out and take a look at your system for you. We can do a seasonal preventive maintenance to ensure your system is in current working order for the summer heat ahead. 🌞

Cleaning and quieting the steam fed unit heaters at Thaddeus Stevens College in Lancaster PA.

We removed the protective coverings and thoroughly cleaned the heating coils, the fan blades, coverings and replaced (and added additional) new vibration stabilizers to quiet the heaters down.
