Another sweet Polaris build out the door! This customer wanted to try and match some colors to an axys pro sled. I then combined that with the new style side panel decal of the factory edition to give it a twist of old and new. Super happy with how this sled came out. Maxed out with all the upgrades 👌🏻

Alright, we built the 150% catalyst last year and had a blast testing. There’s a ton of hype on these big sleds and I’m looking forward to more testing this coming winter! But.. we need a new build. Drop in the comments below what sled you want to see built and tested in a 150% size. It doesn’t need to be the sleds you see here specifically, but these are the 3 body styles that I can build. 27 Freeride 165!! Couldn’t be happier with how this build turned out. A maxed out build with all the upgrades. Using a new method of picking and application, the pesky small decals that have always been troublesome were conquered, bringing this build to the next level. Off to Montana to live its best life!!

What is one mod or new design that you would like to see for the rc sleds this year?? We’re still working on the smooth track design with lots of testing and tweaking from last year. I don’t like to release any files until I have torture tested and perfected them myself, which is why the new track design for the Polaris and skidoo was not released this past season. Check out this Beaut 😍 Polaris khaos Boost LE with a 165 skid. The Chris Burandt edition Polaris has come to life! It’s not exact to spec but it turned out badass 😎 This build features headlights, digital volt gauge, stage 1 shocks all around and of course the custom decals to make it what it is. Ready to Rip!

Also a big shoutout to a good friend and fellow builder Eric Brissette for help with the intricate LE decal files!!

We got a little out of order for sled builds due to certain filaments being out of stock.. but #99 was a sweet one! Shoutout to the first local build I have been able to do and actually the first customer of mine in Vermont! Crazy that it took nearly 100 builds and 3 years, but pretty exciting none the less!

We did a 2027 style color combo but with a twist of a yellow/lime green to set off the purple. 155 khaos boost, stage 2 shocks all around, headlights, digital volt gauge and custom decals. Ready to Rip! Thanks for the patience and the order Joe!

Maxed out Blackline edition build! We set this sled up with all the goodies and took it towards a more trail sled look with the build for this customer. A 154 tunnel with a 146 short skid along with a sweet trail flap designed by Kyle’s Skeerides to bring it all together 👌🏻

- Cobra esc
- Stage 2 shocks all around

😍😍 Not many words needed to describe this absolute unit. A full 146 HCX build, built very similar to the last one, but with all green parts swapped to orange. And may I say, Arctic Cat - Snowmobiles I think you need to need to add orange back into the lineup 🤌🏻

Fully maxed out build no expenses spared. Stage 2 shocks all around, digital voltage gauge, cobra esc, full decals, quad headlights. To top it off this build is running the new smooth track version of the inner wheel design from the original designer. This will be an option for those who are willing to change out sprocket or wheels in the future if we have any updated due to still being in slight testing (once the snow hits).
