Tru Grit Industrial Solutions was built from the ground up by husband-and-wife team Turley and Misty, whose hard work, dedication, and vision have helped grow the company into what it is today.

Misty is the powerhouse behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly while much of her work happens behind the scenes, her dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to customers play a huge role in Tru Grit's success. Whether she's answering questions, coordinating projects, or tackling the endless to-do list that comes with running a business, Misty is always working hard to keep things moving forward.

When Misty isn't in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids, camping, hunting or anything outdoors. She is the life of the party wherever she goes and has the most infectious laugh.

Tru Grit Industrial Solutions wouldn't be what it is today without her hard work and dedication. We're grateful for everything she does and proud to shine a spotlight on her this month!
