We are currently looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The position would require performing a variety of tasks such as processing payments, filing, data entry and invoicing. We are looking for someone who is organized, with good customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Benefits are available. - Installation of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

- Including ductwork, wiring, refrigeration lines, and brazing copper safely

- Help install/replace piping, remove/replace ductwork, and remove old units and install new HVAC systems

- Be able to lift and carry when needed, up to 75 to 100 lbs.

- Excellent customer communication skills

- Understanding of electrical and refrigerant principles

- Highly motivated and positive attitude

- Willingness to learn new skills

- Ability to work together on a team and complete tasks in a timely manner
