We have been remodeling and changing the floor plan of the entire first floor of this home for the past couple of months and we are loving all of the upgrades! There is nothing better than when our clients give us creative freedom on some projects too. We decided that the TV wall in the entertainment space needed to be a statement piece. We created it using tile we hand traced, laid and accented with backlights🤩 Check out the before video in our story to see the full transformation.

UPDATE on our current remodel!

We love nothing more than rearranging an entire floor plan to make it more functional! Now that section one is done, we move on to section two - dinning room, game room and hallway.

UPDATE SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT:We have been working on this project since October. We have been turning a 2 story home into 2 luxury apartments. We are currently adding the outdoor stairs and deck to be able to access the second floor. This has been a big boy project for our small but mighty team and we are having a lot of fun with it!

We have been quiet on social media lately because the last 3 months we have been turning an entire 2 story home in to 2 luxury apartments. Now that the 1st apartment is completed we are working on the 2nd and the outside of the house. Here is the tour after we gutted the house. The finished product will be posted in a separate post.

It’s going to be a bit until we post again. Our next project is a big one! We are estimating to be there for the next 3 months and we can’t wait to show you when it’s finished!
