CNC Makino EDM Machinist
Suburban Tool & Die Inc., a local, custom, Mold manufacture is accepting applications to fill a full time, day shift, CNC Makino EDM machinist position.
Estimated $24-$28/hr to start. Compensation will depend on experience and match your skill level.
The ideal candidate will first and foremost be a self-motivated, dependable individual seeking employment where work ethic matters and is recognized. The ability to function in a team environment is a must.
Past Makino EDM experience and knowledge of the mold making industry is a must. We will however consider training a motivated CNC EDM machinist with experience on other brands of EDM's.
Responsibilities will include programming, setup and operating a cell of the 3 Makino EDM's efficiently. Mastercam knowledge is a plus as that is how electrode data and setup information is provided. Excellent workmanship and quality is simply expected.
