Our loyal customers wanted to remodel both bathrooms in their home. We tiled both floors, tile shower, custom glass door, inset medicine cabinets, new lighting, pocket door in main bath and if that wasn’t enough, they threw some extras at us. Kitchen backsplash splash, side entrance door and new can lighting in their office.

Our customer wanted their basement finished to have more space for entertaining. We added a full bathroom, living area with built-ins, kitchen with custom corner bench, exercise room and a little reading nook under the stairs for their daughter.

Our customers wanted a master suite balcony. We removed their existing window and replaced it with a large slider, installed composite decking, aluminum cable railing, stone around the posts, post wrap and trimmed it out in PVC.

Our customer wanted a family room addition with an attached covered patio. We removed their previous 3 season enclosure, built new foundation and concrete pad. We framed, shingled, drywalled and installed can lighting/outlets, LVP flooring, trim, windows,mini split, gutter system and a slider. The Attic Pros LLC came through and insulated the walls, roof deck and crawl space.

One of our loyal customers wanted another bathroom added to their guest room. We added all plumbing, electrical, framing, insulation, drywall, skylight, tile (everything but the ceiling), sliding glass door, pedestal sink, toilet and recessed lighting. The floors were also refinished, walls and ceiling painted in the bedroom as well.

Our customers wanted a full bathroom remodel. We added a new tile shower surround, new tub, tile floor system, inset medicine cabinet, vanity, toilet, vanity light, recessed shower light, new fan/light combo and shelving system, with pull out drawers.
All the custom ash trim was actually from a tree on their parent's property, the homeowner planed and stained for us to install.

Our customer wanted a front porch that they could enjoy. We built them a covered porch with stone pillars, addition can lighting in ceiling, composite decking and white vinyl railing system. Our customer liked the stone so much, they asked us to install it to the face of the foundation block and chimney, and also add a chimney cap. Here are a few before and afters.

We had to overcome a lot of obstacles on this basement remodel. Our customers wanted a workout area, full bathroom, and an office space.

Our latest remodel for some loyal customers. We turned this extra room into a master suite. We added a sliding door for access to an amazing view of Lake Erie. There’s way too much work involved to list everything that was completed. A few items we installed were Schluter in floor heating system, pump grinder, sky light, new windows, quartz, shower tile system, wall tile system, separate heating zones, closet organizers, clear coat on existing hardwood in bedroom, removed wood beams, textured ceiling. The list goes on. Here are some before and afters.

Our sister company The Attic Pros LLC. We added 12” of cellulose insulation over existing fiberglass creating a blanket, in order to prevent heat loss. Also added baffle vents, replaced old soffit vents, added new additional soffit venting to unvented area.
