Massive transformation on this one 💪🔥

Took this house all the way down and brought it back to life. Fresh flooring throughout, clean paint lines, updated bathroom, and a full interior refresh from top to bottom. Every detail mattered on this project—and it shows.
Alot of reframing, taking out walls, opening spaces. Making bigger rooms. From a 2 unit to a whole 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Working on this house has been a blast.

💪 Garage Wall Rebuild & Drainage Fix

This old brick garage wall was leaning badly after years of poor water flow and foundation washout. The structure was no longer safe — so we tore it out and rebuilt it the right way 👇

✅ Removed the failing brick wall and cleared out all debris
✅ Rebuilt the wall with pressure-treated lumber for long-term strength and stability
✅ Installed new siding for a clean, updated look
✅ Added a brand-new garage door for a smooth and secure finish
✅ Wrapped all trim in new metal for durability and low maintenance
💧 Next step: we’ll be installing a rock base and drain tile system to permanently correct the water flow and prevent future issues

This garage went from leaning and unsafe to solid, straight, and built to last — and we’re making sure the water never causes trouble again!

Just wrapped up another big renovation! This house needed a serious refresh and some water damage repair, so here’s what I handled:

✅ Repaired water damage in the laundry room — removed the damaged materials, fixed the leak source, replaced what was needed, and brought everything back solid and clean.
✅ Tore out old carpet throughout the main living areas that had seen better days.
✅ Prepped and installed brand new LVP flooring — durable, waterproof, and gives the space a clean, modern look.
✅ Painted the entire house — walls, ceilings, trim — for a bright, fresh finish that completely transforms the feel of the home.

✅ Another Beautiful Fence Completed!

This week we wrapped up a 414 ft custom-built privacy fence. Instead of using pre-fabricated panels, we built each section board by board. Why? Because building individually provides:
🔹 A sturdier structure that lasts longer
🔹 A cleaner, more seamless look
🔹 The ability to adjust perfectly to the landscape

The homeowners now have the privacy, security, and curb appeal they were looking for with their just bought home — and the fence will only get better with time.

This customer loved the warm, organic look of their wood deck and porch, so instead of covering it up, we brought out its natural beauty. 🌿

We carefully sanded down the surfaces to remove wear and weathering, then restained using a natural-tone Cabot stain to enhance the grain and protect the wood from the elements.
