🎀 On Wednesdays, we wear PINK 🎀

Throughout October, we’re proudly wearing pink to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to pay tribute to the fighters, survivors, and loved ones impacted by this disease.

Our team understood the assignment and showed up in style, and made our workplace a little brighter for a great cause!

Whether it’s a friend, family member, coworker or colleague, we’re supporting one another, and raising awareness and highlighting the importance of early detection.

This team (and all our other employees not in the picture) makes us proud everyday 💕

Such an incredible day the Bayfront Convention Center celebrating MGD Day. It was incredible to see manufacturers from across the region showcasing the innovation, technology and career opportunities that make modern manufacturing such an exciting industry!

Welcoming over 2000 students, giving them an up close look at advanced manufacturing, including fabrication, welding, machining, quality and engineering. Today’s students are discovering that manufacturing offers diverse and rewarding career paths. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, we’re always excited to share the opportunities in manufacturing!

💫 Making an Impact Together 💫

On June 6, our team proudly participated in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community at Penn State Behrend - and it was a great turnout!

We’re grateful for the strong show of support from our employees, all coming together for a great cause: Second Harvest Foodbank.

Thanks to everyone who walked, supported and donated, we raised $1295! And with the addition of our company bake sale, our total contribution reached an impressive $2295! 🎉

This is a wonderful example of what we can achieve when we come together to give back to our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a success - your generosity truly makes a difference.

🌶️ Cooking Up Support 🌶️

ISM recently held a Chili Cookoff competition where employees cooked, tasted, and generously donated, all for a great cause! $1500 was raised for an employee nominated charity - Blood Cancer United

This is just another example how our employees go above and beyond, not only in their day jobs, but for the wider local community. So proud. This is what teamwork and community looks like. 👏
