Customers are calling to ask if they should cover their HVAC unit, please do NOT cover your unit!! Instead, use this tip:

❄️ COLD WEATHER HVAC TIP ❄️
If your outdoor package unit is icing over or your heat isn’t keeping up, switch your system to EMERGENCY HEAT.
👉 How:
• Thermostat → HEAT
• Select EMERGENCY HEAT
• Set your temp and let it run
⚠️ Emergency Heat uses backup heat and bypasses the outdoor unit to help prevent icing. Use temporarily, as it can increase energy use. This is for a package unit only.
‼️If you have a gas unit, you only need to make sure your flue is clean and clear of debris around it.
If icing continues, call an HVAC professional.

Anyone who traveled by our office last night at 6:50-6:55 and has any information regarding who/what you saw in our parking lot, please call our office or authorities to report what you saw. From the video, several cars passed by.
Any information leading to the prosecution of this individual would be greatly appreciated.

We are saddened by the passing of Paul Dority. Paul was an instrumental part of Comfort Air for many years and we were blessed to call him friend. Please join us in praying for his family and friends.

This week has been challenging to say the least. We are blessed with the best of the best and have a great group of employees who make it happen everyday. While we may be a bit slower this week, our customers are our top priority and we are working long, cold days to prove it. We appreciate your patience with us this week.
