What a week at Trades Summer Camp!

Our campers got hands-on experience exploring the skilled trades through plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and welding activities. From learning how things are built to trying out real-world techniques, students gained valuable exposure to career pathways that help build our communities every day.

Thank you to Paul Wurth with Assembli AI for leading an engaging educational session on how artificial intelligence is transforming the construction industry. Attendees explored practical ways to leverage AI in preconstruction, streamline workflows, and automate estimating processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Every new neighborhood, business park, school, and employment center begins with infrastructure. Without roads, sanitary sewer, and water service, development simply cannot move forward. And when development stops, so do opportunities for new housing, jobs, and economic investment.
