Mark Spaulding Construction recently completed the first summer phase of renovations at the Warren County ESC Western Row Campus Project. This summer consisted of renovating approximately 44,000sf of interior space, providing a new main entrance, office spaces, cafeteria spaces, classroom spaces, motor room, bathrooms, hallways, and renovating a 15,000sf courtyard adding synthetic turf & mounds, shade structures, sensory and other playground equipment, sidewalks, and sod.

We celebrated our hardworking team with an office picnic just ahead of Labor Day! Mark fired up the grill for burgers, hot dogs, and brats to say thank you for everything they do all year long. Our people truly make Mark Spaulding Construction Company the incredible company it is today. Thank you to everyone on the team!

We’re excited to celebrate the completion of an 11,221 SF addition to Crosby Elementary School!

It was a pleasure partnering with Southwest Local School District and SHP Architects to bring this project to life. We’re proud of the successful collaboration and the new learning spaces created for the Crosby Elementary community.

As a new school year begins, we’re especially excited for the students and staff to make this new space their own — a place to learn, grow, and succeed for years to come.
