So it happened again!
A hvac co. Out of Philly that is here on weekends and is constantly advertising on the wildwood pages installed a new system in north wildwood without a permit, there was other work done at the home and the inspector saw the new system and failed the job. The customer called the co. To come make the repairs and pull a permit, the company is refusing to come back and the customer cannot get a CO.
We were called and asked to make the repairs and pull a permit so they can get the CO. To use their house.

Please if you're having work done use a local contractor that is licensed and insured in NJ and actually has an office in the area that's not his spare bedroom! that you can walk into and talk to someone face to face if you have problems.

This is our 3rd go around with cleaning up this peticular contractors work when he refused to come back for warranty work.
Telling the customer he's to busy with work in Philly or the weather is to bad to drive this far or he won't be back for 3 weeks you'll have to wait
