MAX AIR HVAC is now advertising as open 24 hours.

To better serve our customers, we have deployed an AI assistant that can help address incoming customer inquiries outside of normal business hours. This allows potential customers to receive faster responses, request service, ask basic questions, and get guidance even when our office staff is not actively available. If the situation requires human assistance, the AI assistant can help connect the customer with a team member when absolutely necessary.

Please note: MAX AIR HVAC is a service-based HVAC company. We provide on-site services by traveling to our customers’ homes and businesses. Our office is not a customer-facing showroom or walk-in location. Office access is available by appointment only.

Great review from John... "They replaced my entire heating and air conditioner system with a DUAL-FUEL (HYBRID) SYSTEM INSTALLATION GE®. They had a glitch with one part that required modification or replacement extending the length of the job but they stayed to complete the install. System works well and is saving us a lot of money on electric with our solar system.
But maybe more importantly they have responded to our questions promptly. We could not ask for more.
