Meet the Lewis Creek staff! Get to know our President, Natalie Beckwith! ⬇️
Natalie has worn nearly every hat at Lewis Creek over the years, which is one of her favorite things about owning a small business–there is always something new to learn or do! As President, Natalie oversees the senior leadership and business operations teams at Lewis Creek. As the organization has grown and her work has shifted more towards the "big picture", Natalie still relishes opportunities to jump in and help our team or clients answer questions, solve challenges, and get what they need to succeed.
Natalie is passionate about people-focused business. Her mission is to ensure that LCB is a sustainable, resilient business poised to fulfill our company vision and stand by our work for years to come. At Lewis Creek, our vision is to help people love their homes, and thrive in their careers. Natalie finds fulfillment in providing a service that helps people discover their dream homes while improving the overall quality of housing in our community, and finds purpose in providing a safe and inclusive workplace in the trades.
Natalie was born and raised in the Old North End of Burlington. She lived in Boston for a handful of years, where she graduated from Emmanuel College. Natalie currently lives in Huntington with her husband and fellow LCB team member, Chris, their two children, Natalie’s mom, and anywhere from 10-40 chickens at any given time. Natalie enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, canning/preserving, and all things homesteading. When she’s not home or at work, Natalie gravitates to the water (ocean, lake, or river) and will swim no matter how cold it is.
Did you know?
If Natalie could have a superpower, it would be the ability to teleport from one place to another over great distances. Travel without the long flights!
Natalie won a contest for best penmanship in the first grade, and her handwriting has not improved since.
Natalie loves theater. She spent every summer with the local organization, Very Merry Theatre, from 2001 to 2010 as both a staff member and performer.
