Recent Project | Walthamstow E17 🏡

Another flooring transformation completed for a customer in Walthamstow E17.

The existing laminate flooring was removed and the floors were fully prepared and self-levelled to create the perfect base.

We then installed a beautiful LVT herringbone floor, running seamlessly from the lounge through into the kitchen, finished off with new skirting boards throughout.

A great transformation that completely freshens up the space and gives it a modern, high-quality finish. 👌

🏡 Another Roof Transformation Completed – Forest Gate, E7 👷‍♂️

Another project successfully completed for our customer over in Forest Gate, E7.

The existing felt roof had reached the end of its life, so we gave it a complete upgrade by replacing it with a natural slate tiled roof, carefully matched to the main roof of the property for a seamless finish.

As part of the project we also:
✅ Installed new lead flashing for a durable, weatherproof finish
✅ Fitted new Ash White uPVC fascia and soffit boards to perfectly complement the property’s new sash windows
✅ Left the roof looking smart, modern and built to stand the test of time

Another productive day for the team, this time with one of our lovely returning customers over in Romford. 👷‍♂️🔨

Today was all about tackling those smaller jobs that make a big difference around the home, while also discussing some larger projects that we’ll be providing quotations for.

✅ Replaced silicone to the shower enclosure
✅ Installed pictures, clocks and other wall fittings
✅ Fitted the customer’s supplied cooker splashback
✅ Applied fresh silicone to the kitchen worktop and wall junctions
✅ Completed a variety of other general maintenance jobs

Another project completed and handed over today in Leytonstone! 🔨🚽

This downstairs WC has been completely transformed from top to bottom.

✔️ Full strip out
✔️ Walls re-rendered and plastered

🚽 Having issues flushing your toilet?
A customer recently contacted us after experiencing problems with their WC not flushing properly.
🔍 After inspecting the cistern, we found the syphon diaphragm had perished, preventing it from working correctly.
✅ We isolated the water supply, removed the old syphon and fill valve, and replaced both with brand-new components. The toilet is now flushing perfectly again!

🚿 Bath to Shower Conversion Completed Today! 🚿

Another bathroom transformation completed by JG Property Services 🔨

For this project, we:

✅ Removed and disposed of the old bath and bath panels
✅ Built and framed a new stud wall to accommodate the shower and conceal pipework runs
✅ Installed new No More Ply boards and applied a Mapei shower tanking kit to create a fully waterproof shower area
✅ Screeded the floor to bring it level with the existing bathroom floor, ready for the new shower tray installation
✅ Installed a new shower enclosure from Victorian Plumbing
✅ Fitted a reliable Mira shower
✅ Installed a ShowerMATE pump for improved water pressure and performance
✅ Installed a new bathroom extractor fan for improved ventilation
✅ Finished the walls with stylish PVC shower panels supplied by N&C Tiles & Bathrooms, Harlow
