I wanted to take a minute to explain the difference in quality between the prime line mdf that you buy at Menards and Truchoice found at Lowe's, and Home depot. There are two important things to consider;

1)density
2)stability

Pro line = 600-800kg/m3
Truchoice = 800-1000kg/m3

Here's something very subtle in the description of each product.

Proline = "stable consistent mdf substrate"
Truchoice="highest standard for appearance and strength"

150 single and double basket wrought iron (powder coated) stair balusters $6 each

1/2 is 8' baseboard

3 & 1/4" colonial baseboard, 4" colonial, 5" colonial baseboard, 4&1/4" Victorian, 5&1/4" Victorian, 7&1/4" Victorian

1/4 is casing

Mostly 2&1/4" colonial (2 lines & 3 lines) also have enough 3&1/4 colonial casing to trim out doors and windows of a small 🏡

The last 1/4 is

Wide Victorian & colonial crown, 1x jam material, fluted casings, wrought iron single and double basket balusters, primelinx white (3) 2x4 (4)2x8, (1) 9' oak bullnose step for floating plank style floor, (1) 8' fancy pine or hemlock handrail and other miscellaneous.
