With the Van Aken Phase Two project officially topped out we’re thrilled to unveil its name: RAYE.

RAYE's name was inspired by the distinctive use of light and is meant to convey feelings of lightness and transparency. Sun rays hitting the cladded windows during the day and glowing with the moon at night, the building is designed to shape shift and brighten the surrounding community. The luminous structure offers 360-degree views, features two residential towers sitting at 15 and 18 stories tall, connected by two bridges that serve as apartments, and totals 227 units.

Scheduled to open in Summer of 2024, pre-leasing has now begun. Visit RAYE Living to express your interest and to get updates on the building.

On Tuesday, the private aviation company Flexjet opened to local and national media, as well as Richmond Heights city leaders, its new, space-age style, $50 million building at the Cuyahoga County Airport.
