Ramos Scale Fabrication is aware of statements and allegations concerning owner Matthew Ramos that have recently been circulated on social media.
Mr. Ramos unequivocally maintains that he has done nothing wrong and fully expects to be exonerated through the legal process. Because this is a pending legal matter, neither Mr. Ramos nor Ramos Scale Fabrication will litigate the matter through social media.
Allegations are not findings of guilt. Every individual is entitled to the presumption of innocence, and we ask that the community allow the facts to be addressed through the appropriate legal process rather than through rumor, speculation, or misinformation online.
We are also aware that false and misleading factual claims unrelated to the merits of the pending case have been circulated concerning Mr. Ramos and Ramos Scale Fabrication. Relevant parties have been formally placed on notice and directed to cease and desist from publishing or republishing false and defamatory statements. Appropriate documentation has been preserved.
Ramos Scale Fabrication remains fully operational and committed to its customers, its work, and the standards on which the business has been built.
