We love roofs but that’s not all we do. This deck in Rendon Texas had some issues. Last contractors didn’t get it quite right. Turret was leaking into the homeowners master bedroom. We got that fixed first then moved in to the bigger elevated deck. The homeowner had a hot tub up there and luckily had a steel frame built to hold the weight. If not for that steel frame, this deck would have fallen. As we tore into it to address the rotten wood, we quickly discovered this deck was a complete loss. We rebuilt the entire deck but this time did the flat roof correctly. TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) used for low slope of flat roof, this material is usually found on large commercial buildings. We installed this so the rain water would no longer get to areas it’s not supposed to. Installed new high performance composite decking and a durable poly composite deck railing system. Aloud this homeowner to enjoy his decks again and view his beautiful property while drinking his morning coffee. Loved every minute of this project.

From fixing some of the way up there honey dos to adding some decking in your attic to open up some new storage space. New attic steps upgrade to a stronger aluminum ladder, no problem. CD Construction can take if these for you.
