June is a month of milestones at Sunland Construction.

As we celebrate 52 years in business, we’re also recognizing the team members marking work anniversaries this month. Every year of service represents commitment, craftsmanship, and the steady dedication that has helped build Sunland into what it is today.

Fifty-two years of progress doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because of people who show up, take pride in their work, and continue to raise the bar.

At Sunland, we’re looking for someone who can keep crews qualified, jobs compliant, and projects moving. This role sits right between the field and the office—and if it’s not done right, nothing moves forward.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Managing OQ requirements across multiple projects
✔ Building and maintaining OQ matrices
✔ Working daily with PMs, Superintendents, and field crews
✔ Supporting audits, evaluations, and compliance tracking
✔ Using systems like NCCER, Veriforce, ISN, EWN
✔ Traveling to job sites to keep things on track

What we’re looking for:

✔ Organized, detail-driven, and accountable
✔ Comfortable working in both field and office environments
✔ Able to manage multiple priorities without things slipping
✔ Experience in OQ, compliance, training, or data tracking
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
