Last week, some of our Ukiah and Santa Rosa team members got together for an end-of-summer mixer at Shimizu Sake Company, owned by LACO team member Bruce Shimizu!

Bruce gave us a behind-the-scenes look at his new brewery, along with samples of his delicious sake paired with sushi.

A great night filled with fantastic drinks, delicious food, and even better company! Cheers to a great summer!
