I would like to connect with anyone who purchased a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales in Orlando before they closed.
Rony and I got our Tesla from them, and I am currently reviewing our loan and transaction documents because I’ve found several discrepancies and unanswered questions regarding the financing and paperwork.
If you purchased a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales and experienced any issues with financing, loan documents, registration, title paperwork, delays receiving tags, trade-in payoffs, missing contract copies, or any other concerns, I would appreciate hearing about your experience.
I have also seen news reports regarding the dealership’s closure, and there are numerous complaints posted on the Better Business Bureau website from customers reporting various issues. According to the BBB, Benji Auto Sales has received a significant number of complaints, including reports involving financing, title and registration delays, trade-in payoffs, and contract-related concerns.
