It's all about your support to keep things moving forward

Rebuilt this synchronous motor rotor by rewinding all the fields that came in with damage. This motor drives a lift pump that takes water from one reservoir to another, helping supply reservoirs that feed hydroelectric power plants.
While this motor isn't powering the motor generator directly, it is another example of how crucial specialized motors support production.

Every repair has a purpose, and in this case, restoring a motor means helping keep water and power moving.

Kim Weninger has transitioned to Executive Chairman of the FLANDERS Board of Directors, and will serve as an executive advisor for Center Rock’s operating group, where she will focus on long-term strategy, strategic initiatives, and key customer partnerships in FLANDERS technology business.

With Kim transitioning into the Chairman role, OT Benson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will assume responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of FLANDERS. OT brings more than 25 years of global manufacturing and business leadership experience.

This leadership transition builds on the operational foundation already in place and positions FLANDERS for its next phase of growth.

Next stop: back to the customer and back into production.

This 900 HP AC Carrier Compressor Motor is nearing completion in the shop.

The motor has been in service for quite some time, and buildup comes with the territory. Because the customer has a preventative maintenance plan in place, they were able to get it in for reconditioning before larger issues developed.

Our team completed the recondition, replaced the soundproofing and thermometers, and wrapped up insulation and final paint today.

Big projects require effective time management.

Our team is currently working on a full rebuild of a 6,600 HP reversing mill main stand motor weighing nearly 170,000 lbs.

The scope includes rewinding main fields with new copper and insulation, reinsulating interpoles, new gang & split connections, & more. All will wrap up in a 5-month lead time.
