Need an extra bedroom or office? A dormer is a good option on some homes. We took an attic with minimal storage space and turned it into a 12’x13’ office space. And man what a view!

With the age of housing stock in Evansville investors are bound to find houses with damaged floor joists which lead to buckled floors and uneven transitions. On this project we removed the old subfloor, raised joists 4”, set piers, and supported with a beam in the crawl space. Good for another 100 years….

Before and after of a kitchen we recently completed. This kitchen features custom shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and marble backsplash. The lighter tones really brightened up this space!
