The SIGMA Group is made up of SIGMA Equipment, SIGMA Surplus, SIGMA Recovery, SIGMA Auction, SIGMA Appraisal, and C & I Electronics. SIGMA’s mission statement has always been to build trusting and enduring partnerships while providing engineering solutions that enable our valued customers to achieve their business goals

Since its inception in 2003, SIGMA has collaborated with a multitude of customers all with different company sizes and backgrounds. After listening to their problems and providing solutions, we realized that our customers are struggling to find an equipment provider that can cover all of their needs and questions. Out of necessity, we founded the SIGMA Group which is made up of six different divisions, each providing its own suite of services and expertise. This collaboration between offerings creates a full circle of services and benefits for our customers.

The red carpet was rolled out at SIGMA today!

Our annual ESOP Vesting Recognition Ceremony gave us a chance to celebrate the employee-owners reaching important milestones in their ownership journey.

We recognized employees across different vesting levels and took some time to celebrate what those milestones represent: commitment, contribution, and a growing stake in the company we’re building together.

900+ pounds of food collected for our community!

SIGMA employees recently came together for a canned food drive benefiting Tri-State Food Bank, collecting more than 900 pounds of canned food and other nonperishable items to help provide meals for families in our community.

Our teams also put their creativity to work, decorating collection boxes to add a little fun to the challenge!

We’re proud of the generosity and teamwork our employees brought to the drive, and grateful to everyone who donated. Thank you to our SIGMA team for helping make a difference right here in our community.

Tammi Pfister is often the first person to welcome visitors to SIGMA Group, but her impact extends far beyond the front desk.

She takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly and is always looking for ways to support the SIGMA team. Many of the things Tammi does happen behind the scenes, but they help create a welcoming workplace for employees and visitors alike. Her willingness to step in wherever she's needed is a great example of what it means to be an employee-owner.
