This guest bathroom had water damage caused by a leaking toilet.
We removed the old vanity, toilet, and damaged flooring, fully dried and treated the subfloor, sealed it to prevent future rot, and rebuilt the space using modern, professional materials.
For long-term protection, we installed Schluter uncoupling membrane, used MAPEI grout, installed new tile, a new vanity, a new toilet, new baseboards, and finished everything with fresh paint.
The result — a clean, modern, durable guest bathroom built to last.
