❄️ PROPANE SAFETY & DELIVERY REMINDER ❄️

For a safe and successful propane delivery, we need your help:

CLEAR A PATH: Ensure your driveway and a walkway to your propane tank are free of snow and ice.

CLEAR YOUR TANK: Gently brush away snow and ice from your tank.

Why is this important? Our delivery drivers need safe and unobstructed access to your tank. If they are unable to navigate your driveway or spend valuable time digging out a buried tank, they may not be able to complete your delivery and will have to move on.

🚩THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UNDERGROUND TANKS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY ARE CLEARLY MARKED.🚩

Ensuring a "DELIVERY READY" status helps keep our drivers safe and ensures you get the fuel you need, when you need it.

Winter weather is headed our way! ❄️ At Stuck Enterprises, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To ensure our drivers can reach you safely and keep your home warm, we need a little help from you before the snow starts to pile up.

To avoid delivery delays or missed fills, please take these steps to prepare your property:

🚚 Clear the Path: Please ensure your driveway and access areas your tank are plowed and free of ice. If our heavy trucks can’t safely navigate your drive, we won't be able to deliver.

🚩 Mark Your Tank: Heavy snow can make propane tanks - especially underground tanks - nearly impossible to find. Please mark your tank with a tall flag or stake so our drivers can locate it quickly.

📞 Give Us a Heads Up: If your property has tricky turns, hidden obstacles, or if your tank is in a unique spot, please call us to update the notes on your account.

⚠️ Please Note: If our drivers cannot safely access your property or locate your tank under the snow, we will be forced to skip your delivery to keep our team safe. We don't want anyone left out in the cold!
