Another on site welding and line boring job completed by CWR Mobile WeldingServices LLC!
This Ford 655C had a severely worn bore that was nearly 3/4 of an inch oversized. We cut the damaged bore square, welded it back up, and machined it to factory specifications. To finish the repair, we pressed in a new bushing and installed the correct grease seals, ensuring proper alignment and reliable operation.
When equipment is worn out, we bring the repair directly to you.

We fabricated a brand new roof for this glass furnace after the old one burned up and developed several large holes and tears.
We built a new angle iron framework and used thicker 3/16 inch plate to better handle the heat. Everything was fabricated in our shop and then installed on site. To secure the new roof, we drilled and tapped 3/8"-16 holes for a 3/8” bolt to be used.
Another custom fabrication job completed and ready to be put back to work!

CWR recently completed fabrication and installation work for a rear building access stair system. The existing concrete filled stair treads had deteriorated and were no longer structurally sound, requiring replacement to restore safe access to the building.

Our team fabricated and installed new steel access steps while preserving and reusing the original handrails where possible. This approach helped reduce downtime for the customer while maintaining a safe and functional final product.

Additional work included the installation of an area of refuge onto the existing stair and landing system as part of a new build out.

CWR also completed handrail repairs for a local fire department, reinforcing and restoring areas that had deteriorated over time.
CWR Mobile Welding Services provides dependable welding, fabrication, and repair solutions for commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
