We’re proud to share the successful completion of our latest project with Prologis — a comprehensive office and warehouse refresh designed to enhance functionality, efficiency, and overall experience across a 355,000 SF facility.
Our team completed a full renovation of the main office, including a redesigned layout with a new open office area, conference room, and private offices, along with upgraded finishes, millwork, window treatments, and a new storefront vestibule. Additional enhancements included updates to break rooms, restrooms, and an office extension featuring a custom wall mural and new mini split unit.
In the warehouse, improvements spanned the entire facility, including refreshed office and restroom spaces, new lighting, stair upgrades, exterior door replacements, floor repairs, and epoxy flooring at the battery charging station. The project also included mechanical cleaning of the warehouse ceiling, comprehensive painting throughout, and new signage to improve organization and safety.
