Are you interested in a career in the blasting industry? We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our team as a Blaster Apprentice. This role will assist in and learn all aspects of blasting, including blast design and ex*****on, explosives transportation, inventory management, and blast reporting. If you have a willingness to learn, work well with others, and a desire to advance within a growing organization, this position could be a great fit for you.

At age 21, and after a minimum 1 year apprenticeship you are eligible to take the Pennsylvania blasters license test. Additionally at age 21 you will be eligible to secure a Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum age 18
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be flexible with shift start and end times.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check with ATF
- Pass pre-employment and random drug testing
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work on feet for long hours.
- Willing to work out of town for some projects.
- Work well with others
- Good communication
- Basic math skills

COMPENSATION

$18/hr starting pay with no prior experience or licenses

Regular Overtime

Out-of-town Per Diem
