One international project. One unforgettable experience.

Tyler Moulton, Assistant Project Manager and Construction Security Manager, recently returned from Madrid, Spain after spending the past year and a half working on one of our overseas projects.

Living and working in such a dynamic environment pushed me beyond my comfort zone and challenged me to adapt quickly to new cultural norms and daily routines. From navigating the language to embracing a different pace of life, each day brought new opportunities to grow, learn, and see the world from a fresh perspective.”

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and honor the families who carry their legacy forward.

Last week, PCI was proud to be a Four-Star Sponsor and participant in the inaugural Col. Gary “Gumby” West Golf Invitational 2026 in support of Folds of Honor, an organization that provides life changing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.

After nearly 27 years in uniform, more than 130 combat missions, over 4,000 flight hours, and now facing combat related stage four cancer, Gary’s vision for this event remained deeply rooted in service and honor:

“I want to provide a legacy event that will outlast me and continue to be a way I can bless Folds of Honor after I am gone.”

Together, participants and sponsors raised more than $90,000 in support of this mission.

All proceeds will benefit local Folds of Honor scholarship recipients. Since 2007, Folds of Honor has awarded nearly 73,000 scholarships, including 1,018 right here in DC, Maryland, and Virginia during the 2025–2026 school year, creating more than $340 million in educational impact nationwide.

This Memorial Day, we remember those we lost, honor those who served, and remain grateful for the opportunity to support the families they left behind.

We’re proud to announce that Eric Schulz and Ray Mobley have advanced to Principal Owners of Patner Construction.

Eric’s 20-year tenure reflects the relationships and consistency that have shaped who we are today. Ray’s leadership continues to strengthen those relationships while extending them into new regions and international markets.
