CONTRACT OWNER'S REP/CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED. I-Beam Reconstruction Management (http://www.ibeamsf.com) is a small (and busy!) construction management consultancy located in the SF Bay Area. We specialize in overseeing defect reconstructions, capital repairs, and retrofits for homeowners associations and other multi-family properties. Projects overseen range from larger scale/longer term remedial building envelope repairs, to soft-story retrofits, interior and exterior painting, roofing, and other building component repair projects. We are looking for a great contract CPM who has experience on the owner-side, someone from the contractor side who wants more client-side business, or a less experienced consultant who wants to learn the HOA CPM business from the ground running.
