Based in Fairfax, Iowa, we specialize in high-quality pole barns, including farm shops, commercial businesses, and residential buildings. Eastern Iowa Building (EIB) builds award winning custom commercial, industrial, and agricultural buildings in Eastern Iowa. Pole Buildings, Post Frame Buildings, Farm Buildings, Equestrian Buildings, Hobby Shop Buildings, and more. Established in 2003, Eastern Iowa Building, has been a Lester Building Systems dealer since 2005. In that relatively short period of time, the Cedar Rapids family-owned business has grown to be one of the largest independent dealers for Lester in the U.S. This growth is a direct result of EIB taking full advantage of the unique benefits its affiliation with Lester Buildings provides:
The industry’s most flexible, complete and fastest building project estimating capabilities. Totally custom-engineered systems, from simple storage buildings to refined commercial structures. Industry-leading design, component and color options. A faster, thoroughly-modern and more informed buying experience. The staff of EIB is well-known for being passionate about what they do: help people bring their building dreams to life. “Nothing gives us more motivation and pride than seeing our customers’ projects go up and seeing the positive reactions of their neighbors, associates and friends,” says owner Zach Sobaski. “We’re a very knowledgeable group of design consultants and highly experienced crews capable of efficiently completing high-quality projects!”
In a business infamous for presenting challenges that are often out of their control, EIB is fanatical about customer service. Sobaski says, “No matter the challenges, our entire team is committed to exceeding expectations – before, during and after the sale.” Indeed, EIB can point to hundreds of satisfied customers as evidence to this commitment. Thank you for considering Eastern Iowa Building. With us, your options are endless…so go ahead and dream it.
