Asa and I recently completed a new 35x18 garage in Georgia. The first floor is designated for parking, while the second floor is sheetrocked, allowing the client to create a bedroom or living space at their discretion. The siding and roof are designed to match the existing house. We oversaw the entire project, from the foundation to completion, including the slab. I am grateful for the time spent working with Asa and my Dad.

Here are some pictures I forgot to post of the finished interior on the tiny home we built. We did everything except for the electrical on this project (concrete, framing, insulating, siding, trim, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring, and much more.)

We’ve been building this 20x24 house for the last couple weeks. We’ve done everything from the slab up (including the slab and all the excavation). Roof is going on tomorrow then it’s on to interior work. These pictures aren’t back to back so yes we did finish the tyvek and framing.

Just finished pouring this 12’x24’ slab for a shed. We did a monolithic pour with a 12” outer depth and a 6” inner depth. We did rebar and wire mesh. I had the concrete company add 1% NCA to help the concrete set up despite the colder weather we’ve been experiencing and to ensure the rebar and wire mesh don’t corrode. The mix I decided to go with was a 6 inch slump 4000 psi mix (no micro-fiber). Though smaller in size, this mix and the amount of reinforcement makes this slab a monster. I love to overbuild to ensure our customers enjoy our work for years to come. (Peep the awesome finish colors from the power trowel). Give us a call, email, or text for a free estimate!

We completed this project in early July, and I forgot to post it. Full removal of the left interior wall, removal of two windows on the right interior wall to serve as a bar top. We also removed 3 of the five windows on the exterior wall and installed two sliding glass doors. Then we removed the “mudroom” and the exterior door and installed a window instead. We tied the whole thing off by installing shiplap throughout the room. Props to the customers for being awesome and for their amazing design choices. (flooring completed by customer)

We’ve been working diligently on this deck build and wanted to give our followers a look at what we’ve completed. To start we removed the old pressure treated decking on the original deck and framed up the new deck. We then added composite decking to both decks. The original deck measures 54’x10’ on the front and we added the 30’x 22’ deck with the gazebo for a whopping 1,200 square feet of deck. We then started the finishing work on the 16’x16’ gazebo. It boasts Onyx black shingles, pvc fascia, pine V-groove on the vaulted ceiling, and pecky bolivian walnut V-groove on the interior gable ends. Our master electrician (4BZ Electric ) then added the wiring and boxes for 3 interior lights and one GFI protected outlet. We then did a pvc border fascia on the deck, pvc risers on the stairs, vinyl wrapped the 4x4 railing posts and cedar shingles on the exterior gable ends of the gazebo. This upcoming week we’ll be plumbing up the rest of our 4x4’s, installing the final runs of the cable railing, and fitting the composite drink rail. Please leave a comment with any questions or feedback, and give us a like and follow to see our final pictures this upcoming week!
